Bremen College launches science communication course
Bremen College is launching a new masters course, which aims to combine PR and journalistic skills with scientific ones.
The Science Communication programme, which will start in March, will teach students how to convey information about scientific subjects to the general public.
It will focus in particular on the Bionik branch of science, which is concerned with researching biological evolution and using this information to create innovative products. As well as theoretical and practical scientific work, the course will also look at journalistic and PR techniques.
The course, which is aimed at journalists, PR experts and scientists alike, will be provided via e-learning, enabling students to continue with their current careers. They will be required to attend seminars in Bremen two weeks each semester.
