Final Call for NoAE Innovations-Competition 2009

This year the Network of Automotive Excellence together with the Automotive-Industry start again their across all branches and international NoAE Innovations-Competition.

What is searched for?
Searched for are ideas, innovations and solutions, which have the distinction of having a high customer value and a high transfer potential to the automobile (theme cluster 1 - 3: see below).

Searched for are process improvements, methods, processes, technologies and tools to use in the fabrication of the automobile (theme cluster 4: see below).

Surplus value for the customer - comfort and function as measured by the human being.
Infotainment, Entertainment, X-tainment - the vehicle fulfils new customer wishes.
Efficiency increase and lightweight design - new ways to reduce C02.
Efficient and flexible production.

Who may participate?
Innovators, researchers, freelancers, company founders, companies, research facilities and institutes are called to bring innovative contributions regarding the four theme clusters: It doesn't matter from which branch the idea comes from (automotive/non-automotive) or if the idea is already used in practice or not (non-automotive).

When is the deadline?
Application ends on May 15th 2009. In this period any documents have to be submitted. The application can be done online via at www.noae.com a special entry form.

Why should you participate?
The way from an innovative idea to the realisation as a product is often long and troublesome. The Innovations-Competition and the Network of Automotive Excellence offer a valuable opportunity.
