Flexibility in the high precision molding of polymer parts

Jenoptik Laser, Optik, Systeme GmbH, industry pioneer in the design and fabrication of hot embossing tools has announced the introduction of its Hex 04 during Hannover Fair. This system provides the user with maximum flexibility in the high precision molding of polymer parts which contain features in the micro and nano dimension including those with high aspect ratios.

The Hex04 system has been specifically created to provide a highly effective solution to large volume applications which require highly automated and high throughput manufacturing systems. The Hex04 features substrates/molds up to 300 mm diameter and short cycle times.
