Vehicle simulation
Within the framework of a project sponsored by the European Regional Development Fund, the DLR Institute of Transportation Systems and Simtec GmbH have pooled their resources to collaborate on vehicle simulation. Network of Competence: GZVB Traffic, Transport & Telematics Braunschweig e.V.
Interactive driving simulator with multichannel point-of-view system
The aim of the project is to set up a European center of competence at the Braunschweig Research Airport, for the purpose of testing vehicle components and assessing the safety and acceptance of new driver assistance systems and functions.
