Executive summary on food safety

When it comes to food safety, 69 percent of Germans are most concerned about pesticide residues in fruit, vegetables and cereals with pesticide residues. The people interviewed in eight other European countries share these concerns. The final report on the EU food safety project has just been published and is available in English.
